  • CONTACT AREA WASHED AND CONTACTS CLEANED
  • CONTACT ASSEMBLY BEFORE CLEANING
  • CORRODED RSISTANCE WIRES ACTUALY NOT THAT MANY HAD FAILED
  • Detail of replaced resistance wire we now replace with original Hammond wire
  • FIRST COAT OF PAINT AND MAJOR RUST REMOVED
  • NO FOAM WE USE WAXED PAPER AND LACE JUST AS THEY DID ON THE EARLY HAMMOND ORGANS
  • repairing the man loom and then complete the cleaning of the biodegrading foam by hand
  • replaced resistance wires

  • RUST INSIDE THE CONTACT AREA PRIOR TO CLEANING
